Thank you for your email. Attached are lists of confidentialities witnessing Bruce David Eisen executing for one your predecessor companies and Iviewit’s Standard Form of NDA. Iviewit LLC conducted a series of asset for stock swaps with Iviewit Holdings, Inc. where the ultimate ownership of the NDA resides in Holdings. The executed copy by and between Iviewit and your predecessor company will be forward as it is retrieved from one of the hard drives of the corporate record or backup, as the case may be.
As to my authorization to act on behalf of the Iviewit entities, I have attached the vcards of three individuals involved who will attest to my authorization:
Gerry McClure, Principal Agent for the SBA as Receiver for Crossbow Venture Partners, LP (holder of approximately 24% of the capital shares of Iviewit Holdings, Inc.);
Mitchell Welsch, one of the Founding Shareholders (holder of more than 3% of the capital shares of Iviewit Holdings, Inc.); and
Marc R. Garber, Esq., Of Counsel to Flaster Greenberg PC and sometimes unofficial counsel (holder of 2.5% of the capital shares of Iviewit Holdings, Inc.).
Lastly, Iviewit Holdings, Inc. is the direct parent of Iviewit Technologies, Inc., and needless to say we would look forward to resolving this matter in the most amicable of ways and moving forward with our respective businesses.
